Terry Michael is a lifelong Hoosier and has lived in the Indianapolis metro area for 45 years. With over 35 years of real estate experience working for Security Title Services, Irwin Mortgage, and Accufast Title Search Services, Terry is well versed in the behind the scenes process of buying a home. He has also served as deputy assessor for Hamilton County. In addition, Terry worked with planning and zoning issues as an elected Township trustee. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, he worked with the City of Indianapolis and HUD, providing housing for the homeless.
Terry specializes in working with the first time homeowner and seller in order to provide the easiest and most pleasant experience possible. He also provides life training at a local university for graduates leaving college. Terry serves as the President of the Board of the Indianapolis Arts Chorale and is a member of the Indiana Rainbow Chamber of Commerce.
